Dodgy Plasma TVs in B&Q's Car Park

Police are asking DIYers who have visited B&Q near Chiswick roundabout if they were offered a plasma screen by two men operating out of the back of van.

On Wednesday 10th May two Irish males were arrested in the car park at B & Q, Larch Drive (off Gunnersbury Avenue, W4) at 1355. They were selling plasma screen TVs from the back of a white Ford Transit van. These screens are intended for private use as the packaging was incorrect.

It is requested that anyone who was approached by these men or who may bought such an item contact PC Ian Butler on 020 8721 7500.
