Ruth Cadbury, Labour's candidate for Brentford & Isleworth, launched her campaign for the General Election at a packed Musical Museum in Brentford last Friday.

Supported by Labour Shadow Minister for London, Sadiq Khan MP, Feltham and Heston MP Seema Malhotra and Hounslow Council leader, Steve Curran, Ruth said the election means a choice both for the country and here in Brentford & Isleworth.

"This election is not simply a choice between two different visions for Britain. The Tory vision that says the country succeeds when only a few at the top do well, with tax cuts for the very wealthiest and public services cut back to the very bone, or a Labour vision that says that Britain only succeeds when working people succeed. Labour is committed to the many not the few.  The Tories have borrowed this seat, and we are now determined to win it back.”
