| High Praise for New BBC Series Featuring Local Hospitals |
'Superb' Hospital goes behind the scenes at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust Hospital, a new TV series which goes behind the scenes at the five local hospitals within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, including Charing Cross and Hammersmith, has been highly praised after its launch on BBC Two on 11 January.
After the broadcast, viewers flocked to Twitter, calling the series "excellent", "moving" and "superb" and NHS staff and ordinary viewers were united in saying they were "so proud" of the NHS and those working for it. See for self by watching superb new BBC series The six part series, goes behind the scenes at Charing Cross, Hammersmith, Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea, St Mary’s and the Western Eye to show the complexity of the NHS in action – including how staff are managing competing pressures and demands to ensure patients get the care they need now, as well as working to transform services to respond to changing needs. Camera crews were on site in the hospitals for six weeks during autumn.
