Human Rights Monitors in West Bank | |||
Hear directly from the monitors as they explain their work
The two speakers have spent three months as human rights monitors in the West Bank from September to December 2015.
As part of the Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel (EAPPI) they offered protective presence to vulnerable Palestinian communities, reported on human rights violations and worked with Palestinian and Israeli peace activists. They will talk about daily life for Palestinians living under occupation in the West Bank, tell stories about the people they met and discuss how to help end the occupation.
