Watermans is the only London venue for this new exciting Bollywood musical by the brand new British-Asian company Phizzical Productions.
The Precious Bazaar is an exciting, new fresh production, about Suhani a modern British Asian woman with a hectic lifestyle as an executive in a publishing company. She has a liberal extended family, a boyfriend to die-for, and a great circle of friends until one day it all changes. Precious Bazaar uses the Bollywood ingredients of dance, music and dialogue to convey a social message about honour culture and family values, whilst recreating the magic of the golden cities of Lucknow and Calcutta.
The cast for this production were selected through the BollyIdol open auditions in March 2004.
