International development charity, VSO, has two fun events taking place this March we'd love you to get involved with:

Take the plunge and abseil 200FT in the fight against poverty! On Friday 5 March why not see London from a different angle and abseil 200ft down Capital Tower, Waterloo as part of VSO's Big Thrill?

Here's the perfect opportunity to take to the rooftops and enjoy a bird's eye view over London while experiencing the thrill of an abseil. The minimum sponsorship that we ask participants to raise is an achievable £230. By raising money through this exciting challenge you will be supporting VSO's work in over 40 of the world's poorest countries where our volunteers are working to provide lasting solutions to poverty and disadvantage.
