Does anyone know who’s selling a vehicle like this?

Last advertised in Auto Trader in May.....

The victim responded to an advert in Auto Trader that he saw on Friday 23rd May for a black convertible BMW 318 for £14,000.  

He made an appointment with a male to view and test-drive the vehicle on Monday 26th. The victim his girlfriend and his elderly father arrived at Radley Lodge, just off Inner Park Road Wimbledon and saw the vehicle.

The victim and his father were then driven by the suspect around the local area to test drive the vehicle. Ten minutes later they all arrived back and the suspect offered to show the victim paperwork for the vehicle.  He then led the victim and his family in through the communal entrance and up the stairs, which allegedly led up to the suspects home address.

A masked male came down the stairs, pointing a handgun at the victim and shouting, “give me the money, give me the money”. He then hit the victim hard on the head with the butt of the handgun repeatedly and he fell to the floor. The father and the girlfriend were then pushed down the stairs and attacked by the masked male with the handgun being told “Give me the money”

Due to the bravery of the young potential purchaser of the BMW and other members of public the attackers were held off and fled in the vehicle empty handed.

The suspect selling the vehicle was described as a black male about 25 years old and very smartly dressed. The hooded suspect was also black and possibly of a similar age but most of his features were covered.
