A resident of Hilary Road in Shepherd's Bush is among three men who have been charged with grievous bodily harm and affray following a disturbance in Kingston on Monday 19 October.

Scott Moodie, 28 was charged along with Nathan Peardon, 23 from Surbiton and Jay Beer, 21 from Kingston.

Police say they were called at 2.17am after CCTV showed a group of men involved in an fight outside TK Maxx in Clarence Street.

Two men aged 24 and 25 who are French nationals currently living in Walton-on Thames and Twickenham were injured.

They were taken to hospital and treated for cuts and bruises to the face and body.

They are bailed with conditions not to enter Kingston Town Centre and will next appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 4 November.
