Hounslow residents are being asked for their views on how the PCT can improve community-based health services, as part of a national discussion called Your Health, Your Care, Your Say.

Hounslow Primary Care Trust (PCT) is supporting the national initiative and is encouraging residents to think about the following questions:

  1. What can the Government do to help people take better care of themselves?
  2. When people need help, how, when, where and from whom do they want to get it?
  3. What do people need to help them manage their health and make decisions?

Niall Fitzgerald, Head of Corporate Affairs at Hounslow PCT, said “This is a national engagement campaign, which will inform a new White Paper from the Government. We’d encourage local people to make sure their views are heard, as this will be an important part of the next stage of NHS reform.”

For a hard copy of the questionnaire, contact Niall Fitzgerald, Head of Corporate Affairs, Hounslow Primary Care Trust, Phoenix court, 531 Staines Road, Hounslow TW4 5DP or email niall.fitzgerald@hounslowpct.nhs.uk
