The Brentford and Chiswick Local History Society

The local history societies of Acton, Brentford & Chiswick, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Shepherds Bush, Wandsworth and the West Middlesex Family History Society present their 27th West London Local History Conference.

With a theme of Food and Drink in West London’s History, the conference will take place on Saturday 17th March at the Montague Hall, Hounslow.

Programme includes:

Phillippa Glanville on eating outdoors, Murray Hedgcock on the Mortlake Brewery, Dorian Gerhold on Wansdworth & Putney pubs, Bob Calder on A W Smith, Janet Hobbs on Waitrose and Peter King on Brentford Market
