Police are appealing for witnesses following a firearms incident on Monday 20th September in Bollo Bridge Road, Acton W3.

A minicab driver was transiting three passengers in a blue Toyota Avensis car, when one of the passengers was seen by the driver to shoot at a passer by from the minicab's rear window . The shooting occurred at the junction of All Saints Road and Palmerston Road W3.

The passer-by has not yet been traced or identified and we have no information as to any injuries sustained.

After the shooting the gun was pointed at the minicab driver. There was then a brief tussle between the driver and the suspects; during which the driver was threatened with being shot. The suspects then ran off into the South Acton estate, leaving the Bollo Bridge Lane at Palmerston Road W3.

Suspect 1 is described as a white male with short brown hair and an Irish accent. See e-fit picture above.

Suspect 2 is described as white with ginger hair, stubble on his face and a London accent. Another suspect referred to him during the journey as Craig. He is believed to be around 16 years old.

There is no description of the third suspect, other than that he is a white male.

DC Andy Dawson of the CID at Southall said "Were you the passer-by? Did you witness the shooting? Do you have any information? Please contact us at Ealing CID so that we can find these obviously dangerous men and remove them from the streets."

Anyone with any information is asked to call Southall CID on 020-8246-1017
