 Ealing Borough Police have put a new police enquiry desk within Ealing Council’s new Customer Centre at Perceval House on the Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5.

 

Ealing Borough Police personnel will staff this facility from Monday to Friday between the hours 8.30am and 5.00pm. (Closed between 1 – 2pm)

 

The enquiry desk will provide an additional service and general enquiry point for members of the public in Ealing Borough.

 

This Enquiry desk will address non-emergency issues such as:

 

  • Producing your driving documents
  • Reporting lost (not stolen) property
  • Reporting a road traffic accident
  • Notifying Police of a change of registered address (Foreign Nationals)
  • To request an application form to ascertain whether the Metropolitan Police hold information about you – Data protection; or
  • For any other general enquiries and advice.

You will not be able to use the desk for:

 

  • the reporting of crime
  • property found in the street or Cabs
  • persons signing on bail.
  • should not be used as an emergency point of contact.

 

Instead, you should attend Ealing Police Station.
